Exchange and return

You can return or exchange the product in accordance with the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights"

In what cases can you do this if the product:

  • does not meet your expectations.
  • does not suit you in terms of size or color.
  • does not correspond to the photo or description on the website.
  • of inadequate quality.

This can be done within 14 days after the Buyer receives the goods and under the following conditions:

  • The product has not been used, there are no signs of use - scratches, stains, scuffs, etc.
  • The product is complete, has factory packaging.
  • Stored labels and factory markings.
  • The product has not lost its consumer properties and has a marketable appearance.

Exchanges and returns are made upon prior agreement with the manager, as well as at the expense of the Buyer. If the return or exchange is due to the improper quality of the product, its inconsistency with the declared characteristics on the website - the Seller will cover the transportation costs.

According to the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the company can refuse the consumer to exchange and return goods of proper quality, if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of proper quality, not subject to return and exchange.
